What are Microgreens?
Microgreens are baby vegetable greens harvested just after the cotyledon leaves have developed, and before the true leaves. Don't let their size fool you, they pack a punch in the nutritional category, often containing up to 40 times higher nutrient levels than sprouts, and/or their more matured version. This makes them a great addition to any meal, smoothie, or just a great snack on their own. Their vibrancy and colors make them a great garnish, just sprinkle some on any dish, and next thing you know, you are up there with the professional chefs!

Our goal is to Reduce (waste), Re-use and Recycle (our flats are washed and sanitized after each use and put back in rotation) as much as possible. Meaning our Greens don't sit in a plastic container for days, making your product fresher and healthier.
A deep appreciation for nature, years spent in the broken health and wellness industry, as a fitness coach with nutritional focus, a desire to empower self/others using the gifts nature provides, are the backbone of this company. It is our hope that we can do our part to create a truly positive, impactful, inspiring, community focused business.

Our goal is to provide the most nutritious, clean, organic microgreens possible, while minimizing our carbon footprint/waste. We strive to use the most sustainable, ethically/environmentally friendly supplies and products currently available. We also have a goal of becoming a plastic free company. A couple ways we are already working towards that are: we store all our growing medium, seeds and water in glass, or stainless steel containers.
We encourage our clients to purchase them live by getting a full or half tray, this ensures the freshest product (trays will need to be returned or picked up after use). Or, you can provide your own container, and we will harvest straight into that. This allows us to reuse our packaging and eliminate the waste of disposable packaging.
It is a priority of ours to make these greens accessible to communities in need because everyone should have access to fresh, nutritious food. For far too long, far too many people have not had this basic need met. We work with some local non-profits and community outreach programs to try and help those in need get access to our product . We want to inspire others to take their health back into their hands and return to our roots of using food and holistic therapies to heal ourselves and thrive.
